German designer Cordula Kehrer designed these half-plastic, half-wicker waste paper bins for the American brand Areaware.
Bow bins are made from plastic buckets, bowls and tubs which would have normally been discarded once they start leaking or show any other kind of damage. Bins are made by the indigenous Aeta people of the Philippines using traditional basket weaving techniques. Every bin is unique.
